Simple cysts < 7cm in premenopausal women — repeat ultrasound in 6–12 weeks.

Oral Contraceptives

Suppress new follicular cyst formation — not effective for existing cysts.

Surgical Cystectomy

For persistent, growing, complex, or symptomatic cysts.
